St. Olav's church. World's tallest building?

St. Olav's Built in 1267.

Amazing as it seems for little Estonia, St. Olav's church is reputed to have been the tallest building in the world at the time of its construction. It is 140m (460 feet) high. It was built by Scandinavian merchants as an orientation point for seaman and named after the the Norwegian King Olaf Haraldlson. You can still today climb to the top for a magnificent view over the harbor and down into the Town Square. Are their other claims for tallest building at that time?
